Training on Gender Integration in Research and Training at Higher Education Institutions

The Training on Gender Integration in Research and Training at Higher Education Institutions, aims to strengthen the capacity of Mozambican universities participating in the Rsif/MozSkills program to effectively integrate gender perspectives in research and teaching. Led by Gender Specialist Dr. Sandra Manuel, the two-day workshop will provide faculty members, researchers, gender focal points and institutional leaders with practical tools to apply gender-sensitive approaches in curriculum design, research methodology and institutional planning. Through interactive sessions, participants will explore key gender concepts, analyze institutional gaps, learn from best practices and develop actionable plans to promote gender equity and inclusion within their institutions.
