The MozSkills Annual Implementers’ Forum 2025, themed “Strengthening Higher Education, Research and Innovation Capacity for Socioeconomic Transformation in Mozambique,” is organized by Rsif/icipe in collaboration with the Ministry of Education and Culture of Mozambique, the forum brings together around 100 participants from academia, research institutions, government, industry and development partners, including the World Bank and PASET. The event will showcase the progress and impact of the MozSkills Project and Rsif initiatives in building scientific, research and innovation capacity in Mozambique. Through high-level panels, lectures and exhibitions, participants will discuss strategic policy options, share best practices and explore pathways to enhance doctoral training, innovation and skills development aligned with Mozambique’s socioeconomic transformation agenda.
